As part of the overall revitalization of the city parterre in the surroundings of Masaryk Station, a space for Paul’s Bakery and Patisserie was proposed on the northeast corner of Building B.

The rental unit is formed by removing the connected modern construction and making the corner open, which has not been architecturally designed yet. The aim of the proposal is to create a space at the interface between the historic buildings and the current development, partly oriented to the new public passage in the place of the original building towards the departure hall and then to Hybernská Street,  and partly to the newly created square between Na Florenci and Havlíčkova Streets.

The layout works on two levels – on the ground floor the space opens onto the ground floor with a counter and seating area, thus actively entering the public space, while on the first floor there is another guest zone, separate but visually connected to the activity below.
