The surroundings of Hotel Intercontinental should substantially be transformed in future. The prepared project is a multi-faceted plan including the revitalization and reconstruction of public areas at the end of Pařížská třída and Dvořákovo nábřeží, their significant expansion at the expense of the currently unused and inaccessible areas.
