Office building Hradčanská

A posthumous building of the communist Czechoslovakia was under construction in late 1980´s and was finished soon after 1992. The administrative building was originally intended for the Ministry for Energetic Industry and later was used by Škoda Export. The latter left the building in a state which required a refurbishment. The project included a renovation of mechanical and electrical installations, clearance of interior lay-out, the creation of a flexible structure of leasable administrative units and the overall modification of the entrance area.
