Main principles applied in the project of a public park and the area in front of the Anežský Cloister on Dvořákovo Nábřeží [Dvořák Waterfront]

• The hitherto unused green area can be transformed into an attractive, easily overseable, and safe place for the public
• The role of the plaza can be expanded as a relaxation place, as well as a multi-purpose area for organizing sports and cultural events, attractive for passers-by
• Build a new restaurant/café
• Create an environment of a positive value to users in the form of recreational outdoor areas for entertainment and work (open-air office), and facilities for sports, with a view of the river and Letenská Pláň [Plateau]
• Create a pleasant environment in the downtown area with access to the river that has a great potential
• promenades along the river bank, water tourism, refreshment facilities, relaxation on the waterfront
• Make the entry points to the National Gallery, the garden of Anežský Cloister, and the sports stadium more visible
