Publication “Volmanova vila – klenot meziválečné architektury”

The long-awaited monograph “Volmanova vila – klenot české meziválečné architektury” by Jolana Toth, Mark Tichý, Radomíra Sedláková and Magdalena Kurfürstová was published lask week in Argo.

This book is not merely a narrative monograph of the construction. It contains muli-level texts and pictorial appendices providing detailed and hithero unpublished information about the historical context of the villa, an analysis and evaluation thereof from the perspective of architectural theory, and last but not least authentic notes from the autorhors of the reconstruction and a detailed description of their working procedure.
