Cetos – refurbishment of the industrial area

The complex of the former TOS Hostivař is ready for an overall transformation after a change of ownership relations. It involves a renovation of the existing buildings and utilization of the potential of vacant land, all with the outlook for building a logistic centre near Prague´s outer ring road and in good connection to motorway corridors in the north and east. Among the options was the construction of a high-rise building which would become a symbol of the development of this part of Prague.
