The scale chosen and the architecture of both the building and the plot make an impression of a friendly, not exclusive building, which is also ambitious in the good sense, with a favourable relationship to its surroundings, users and visitors. The building is legible, clear and zoned to eliminate traffic collisions and outline the inner space hierarchy to facilitate orientation.

The primary architectural concept is low-energy with an accent on the use of passive elements and a great emphasis on sufficient daylighting, shading, natural ventilation and quality of the work environment, both inside and towards the exterior, that is, with a good visual connection between the workplaces and the adjacent greenery. A great emphasis is on creating a vibrant parterre, notably in the directions where the building is surrounded by a semi-public space and pedestrian routes.
The office building is designed as two structures linked with a glass shank housing the entrance hall. An office section for employees is located in the northeastern, larger structure. The lower structure is more for public training and presentations, and the ground floor houses a cafeteria and a café.
Natural materials are mostly used: wood, greenery, glass and concrete. The building is situated on a relatively large plot oriented longitudinally in the north-south direction, with a main entrance from Rantířovská street in the south. The architectural concept is therefore based on an interaction of the office building structures and the open green areas with a recreational parterre and street furniture.
