Polyfunctional house Na Vyhlídce

The project includes a design of a multi-purpose building in the historical core of the Prosek township. Part of the suggested land is faces the Na Vyhlídce Street, whose character fully meets the historical functionality of the community’s central point.

A historical analysis of the urban development of the suggested area revealed that the concerned plot had been developed in the past, not merely on the southern side adjacent to central Prosek (formerly two houses, of which the south-eastern one was used as an inn), but also on the western side in a narrow alley, now today as U Proseckého Kostela Street. Due to the abovementioned circumstances, the concept of the suggested building complements the existing surrounding development.
